We are an entrepreneurial based web hosting company. We are here to provide the utmost in professional service to our customers. You are our business! We are an Arizona Limited Liability Company founded by Brian Murphy and Ryan Parker. We are two businessmen dedicated to providing you with the most reliable web hosting experience on the internet!

Why did we enter into the web hosting business? After many years of frustration trying to locate a reliable web hosting company for my business (Capital Investors Realty) and my graphic design business with Brian (R and B Creations), we were determined to find a solution that put us in control. Therefore, we decided to enter into the web hosting business. With Brian's extensive background working with servers and server applications from the University of Arizona and my extensive background in business development, we proceeded to put Brian's tech skills and my business skills to work. Thus, the birth of Copper Shadow, L.L.C.

Having dealt with web hosting companies that over sold their disk storage space and bandwidth, only to find out that their networks were unreliable, we decided to provide our customers with a different philosophy - provide reliable web hosting at a cost effective price. We have experienced first hand many of the problems that other web hosting companies fail to rectify: double billings, extensive time to remove websites from their servers once a client has terminated their contract, random server outages, poor tech support in other countries, etc. We understand that mistakes, problems or issues do happen. However, it is the manner in which a web hosting company resolves problems that is the true indication of their business core values and customer service. Can you provide web hosting for my business outside the United States? Yes. We can host your website from anywhere in the world!

Do you supply web hosting for adult oriented websites? No. We do not provide any adult oriented web hosting.

Do you really guarantee 99% uptime? Of course. We even put it in writing in our contract!

How many employees/contractors does Copper Shadow have? We have a full staff of professional business developers, system administrators and network engineers.

Does Copper Shadow offer website design services? No, but our sister company R and B Creations offers a wide range of website, graphic design and business services.

Who are the founders?
Brian Murphy, Director of Technical Services:
Brian is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a degree in computer science. Having worked with computers since he was a small boy, Brian is interested in everything revolving around technology. Brian is the Chief of Technology for R and B Creations (www.RandBCreations.com) and is an avid musician who loves playing the guitar, bass and sax. Brian is also an avid photographer. Ryan Parker, Business Services Manager:
I am a graduate of Northern Arizona University with a degree in small business management. I am the Designated Broker and Managing Member for a commercial real estate business in Phoenix, AZ (Capital Investors Realty, L.L.C. - www.capitalinvestorsrealty.com) and I am the Creative Director for R and B Creations (www.RandBCreations.com). I am passionate about everything and anything to do with business.

I believe in two important principles - Always maintain your character (Always do the the right thing every time, whether people are watching or not) and always have "pure" motivations (Always do the right thing, because it is the right thing to do and for no other reason). My personal motto is "You will never fail if you never stop trying." I am an avid musician (I play the drums, guitar, bass and like to hunt and peck on the piano) and I am an avid photographer. Is There Importance In Giving Back? We believe that we are put on this earth for a reason. We have dedicated ourselves to using our businesses to help those in need. For years I have been passionate about helping children with life threatening diseases. There are many children throughout the United State and the world that need our assistance.
